Support for Attached Projects in Pull Requests. #448

Hello,

The Jet Brains tool support open projects as attached.

In this case, is possible to work with more than one project, that are some how related.

In my case, each Jet Brains attached project has it own repository under the same Azure DevOps project.

But there is no option to select the repository that will be the target of PR, working only for the primary Jet Brains project.

Looking forward to have this feature to make the plugin useful for this case.
