Research indexing content for quick filter or search features #319

As discussed and requested here: https://github.com/Microsoft/azure-iot-developer-kit/issues/280#issuecomment-364734463 It could be helpful for the users to have a way to filter out items in the content TOC or - which is better solution for finding topics using common search words - to index content and provide a full text search capabilities with a tools like https://community.algolia.com/docsearch/
