As this repo contains code from the Linux kernel, it must be licensed under GPLv2.

I'm afraid I cannot sign your CLA for this PR. I do not own the copyrights to the GPL, so I cannot grant you any rights regarding it's usage other than those that are defined in the license itself, which may or may not conflict with your CLA.

Hi @tbrisker,

Note that the repo already contains a COPYING file, which was taken from the kernel tree and contains proper licensing.

I'm not sure why we'd need an additional LICENSE file here.
