[Feature Request] Provide "Stop" button in run overview in Azure Portal #113

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Make it simpler to stop a test run

Describe the solution you'd like I'd love to have a "Stop" button here in the portal: image

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context You can go to the test run details and stop it there, but doing bulk stops makes this approach a bit of a pain.
