[Feature Request] A way to work with folder paths as parameters #62

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some plugins need to specify folder paths as parameters. Ex. A parameter of this grpc plugin is the parent folder path for all .proto files. I learned from this doc the way to work with files is to drop all the path prefix references and only leave the file names, but I am not sure how to work with the directories.
