Including support for Rocky Linux #4952

Since RHEL 8+ is supported, Rocky 8+ can and should be included as well.

I have raised a PR a long time ago for this: https://github.com/microsoft/azure-pipelines-agent/pull/4116 I'm still waiting for it to be merged :disappointed:
