I'm also seeing the same issue. Does this repo not experience this issue on it's own pipeline? Warning looks like:

I set indexSources to false. And then warnings are disappeared.

Same issue when source resides on Bitbucket Cloud.

We have the same issue in Bitbucket cloud. using IndexSources: false removed the warning for us. However is that not papering over the issue? Based on my reading, we don't have to index the sources at all, if needs be.
