Upgrade CCF to 5.0.7

With current 5.0.4 it gets certificate errors for validating attestation report and returns 500 for /key endpoint.

CCF release 5.0.7 fixes it https://github.com/microsoft/CCF/releases/tag/ccf-5.0.7

Other changes:

• Add timeout for mccf test in CI (To fix it, mccf with ccf 5.0.7 should be used)
• Fix unit test
