[IntelliJ][SynapseonSOC]Livy interactive session fails to start with errors. #4146

IntelliJ Version: 193 Plugin Version: https://dev.azure.com/mseng/VSJava/_build/results?buildId=11727349&view=artifacts&type=publishedArtifacts

Repro Steps:

  1. Edit a synapse on SOC configuration file.
  2. Tools->Spak Console-> Run Spark Livy Interactive Session Console

Results: Livy interactive session failed to start due to the error java.lang.RuntimeException: com.microsoft.azure.hdinsight.sdk.common.livy.interactive.exceptions.SessionNotStartException: Session [Spark on Synapse] LogQuerySOC >> Synapse Spark Livy Interactive Session Console(Scala) is ERROR. null image

Synced with @t-rufang backen issue, all jobs of synapse soc are failed. Closed this issue.
