ArcBox DataOps deployment fails with AKS Version not available #2451

Is your issue related to a Jumpstart scenario, ArcBox, HCIBox, or Agora? ArcBox

Describe the issue or the bug when trying to deploy data OPs Arc box version I get a failure on AKS version not available in this region. I can see in this file. azure_arc_data_jumpstart/aks/ARM/azuredeploy.json

it is hard set to 1.26.6 I had to change mine to 1.28.3 to get it to install right.
