Can you share a screenshot? Did you upload a new image for WS2025 to the VM images gallery?
@dkirby-ms PFA updated screenshots from today's deployment which got failed as well.
What kind of image is this? Which OS?
Only gallery images have been tested with HCIBox. I suggest trying with one of the OS versions supported by gallery images and ensure that is working.
We don’t get option to use Gallery Images. You only get VMImage option available under HCI Cluster section and while creating vmimage, you get option to either select image from Market Place or Storage Account or Local system.

Sorry, I meant marketplace images, not gallery images.
My POC subscription doesn't allow me to use Market Place meaning this HCI Jumpstart is not for the setup i am currently using. Very sad to hear this…☹️

You are not able to use this process? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-stack/hci/manage/virtual-machine-image-azure-marketplace?tabs=azurecli
What kind of restriction do you have in your subscription?
Luckily got 2022 Azure edition image available in Market Place. My POC subscription has got limitation on using Market Place Images but now i see some default one listed there. Trying with that. Will keep you posted.

@rohillalakhan Any update here? Can we close this?
Hi Dale,
Good morning!
Yes, it worked for me from Market Place and functioning as expected. I will mark it as closed today. Thanks for your support!

Hi Team,
I have successfully deployed Azure Stack HCI (23H2) JumpStart Box in Azure. Created a VM Image as well with 2025 Server image attached to it. While created vm via portal, getting below errror>
moc-operator virtualmachine serviceClient returned an error while reconciling: rpc error: code = NotFound desc = Type[GalleryImage], Location[MocLocation], Name[OSImage]: Not Found (Code: NotFound)
I have checked, there is no issue with the image attached to it. Please help
