This pull request includes various changes to provide localized versions of text in the chat UI and other components. The most important changes include updating the text displayed for the "Creative" option in the chat style selector, updating the introductory text in the start new chat section, and updating the system prompt text used in the chat API data.

Main localization changes:

• src/features/chat/chat-ui/chat-empty-state/chat-style-selector.tsx: Updated the text displayed for the "Creative" option in the chat style selector to provide a localized version in Japanese.
• src/features/chat/chat-ui/chat-empty-state/start-new-chat.tsx: Updated the introductory text in the start new chat section to provide a localized version in Japanese.
• src/features/chat/chat-services/chat-api-data.ts: Updated the system prompt text used in the chat API data to provide a localized version in Japanese.

Other important changes:

• src/components/chat/chat-row.tsx: Updated the title attribute of a button in the ChatRow component to provide a localized version in Japanese.
• src/features/theme/customise.ts: Updated the value of the AI_NAME constant in customise.ts to provide a localized version of the text.
• src/components/login/login.tsx: Updated the description text in the LogIn component to provide a localized version in Japanese.
• src/features/chat/chat-ui/chat-input/chat-input.tsx: Updated the placeholder text in the ChatInput component to provide a localized version in Japanese.
• src/features/chat/chat-ui/chat-empty-state/chat-message-empty-state.tsx: Updated the text displayed in the ChatMessageEmptyState component to provide a localized version in Japanese.

@tenjoufire I'm not sure you intended to submit this is a pull request. The main repo shouldn't be translated to Japanese alone (though if you added support for multiple localizations that would be very useful). Please review.
