I am constantly getting 400 The response was filtered due to the prompt triggering Azure OpenAI's content management policy. Please modify your prompt and retry. I just experienced the same issue although it was working fine with other prompts before.

I'm also receiving this issue as of a couple of days ago - same error output as @vlad-tsoy
