Output Pane is always opening at startup #230

Hello,

Since I have intalled the MySQL extension, the Output pane always opens at the startup of Azure Data Studio and "MySQL Tools Service" is selected.

I can't find any option to disable it.

It is not very important, but it is annoying to have to close the bottom panel at each startup.
