List Azure PostgreSQL flexible servers on Azure resource list #341

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm unable to fetch the list of PostgreSQL databases instances I've got under my subscription because they're define as flexible servers, which aren't being listed in the Azure section for resource listing and I believe because the way to fetch those through the CLI tool is different as well.

Describe the solution or feature you'd like Have a section for the flexible servers in the sidebar among the ones already in there.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manual connection through connection string.
