Unable to create a support request for Arc Postgres Hyperscale #14350

Arc extension: 0.7.3

Steps to Reproduce:

1.deploy Arc Postgres Hyperscale 2.go to the new support request page

  1. click new support request
  2. click [open] when prompted
  3. you'll get a resource not found page

@TheJY Was azdata arc dc upload run? The resource won't be created in Azure until then.

Uploaded resource (indirect connectivity mode) to portal before trying to create support request.
