Tag list for docker deploy is a bit intimidating + confusing #19449

A few things jump out:

the tag sorting is alphanumeric rather than ordinal, so CU16 comes before CU2
there are a lot of tags. Can this list be reasonably (and future-proofedly) be pared down, with the full list hidden behind "More tags..."
- Ideas to pare down: only show highest CU; only show highest version of ubuntu; only show tags with "latest" or "GA" in the name

My preference would be to only have the "latest/GA" tags shown, and then hide all the others behind a "More tags..." item. If this is not possible, second choice would be to only show "latest/GA" and leave an editable text box where users can input a specific tag that they specifically looking for. I agree it is a trade off anyway but...
