DacFx options: after loading profile, unclear whether "reset" goes to the default values, or the loaded values #20283

This is the information that we had from the last sync discussion on profiles options.

Still need to figure out:

  1. Options reset to DacFx defaults or options from profile?
  2. How to clear the loaded profile
  3. Move load profile option up before Server connection
