"Install Additional Color Themes" command doesn't work #22947

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Run change color theme command
  2. Choose "Install Additional Color Themes" command item

Expected: Either the command doesn't exist or it shows me a list of themes to install.

Actual: The command opens Extension Manager and adds a filter tag. The tag doesn't filter the items and we don't have any custom themes in our extension catalog in any case.
