The build stuck when i try to build the database project. I can see [Build] in the OUTPUT window but nothing happens after that. #25313

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Right click on database project and click build
  2. Notice the OUTPUT window 20240208T205141.zip

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
