Dashboard doesn't show shortcuts for New Query, Backup/Restore on Windows #25395

It seems these shortcuts have been missing on Windows for some time now. Not sure since when, but seems like could be added. @alanrenmsft any specific reason they have been missing on Windows or have been long ignored?

@cheenamalhotra I am not aware of the issue, I don't see a reason why those buttons should not be available on linux.

It's the opposite, they're available in Linux, but not in Windows.. If it's not intended, we can look into fixing and bringing parity.

Same issue here - started with an earlier version that required "Preview features" to be turned on for restore & backup to work so I did that but received errors suggesting an update. Now the buttons are gone entirely. I do have New Query though.

Maybe there's something I'm missing such as the Azure Database is incompatible in its current (fresh) state or I'm missing extensions - not sure but let me know if I can assist with details.
