Location, Resource Group and Azure SQL Managed Instance list all is empty when select sql target #25425

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install ADS 1.47.1
  2. Install SQL Migration Extension 1.5.3
  3. Create SQL Server Connection
  4. Goto SQL -> Management -> Azure SQL Migration
  5. Begin SQL Migration Guide and
  6. Completed assessment and SKU
  7. Select Azure SQL Managed Instance
  8. Link azure account and this account have full subscription permission
  9. On select sql target page, Location, RG and SQL Managed Instance list is all empty

While connecting to the ADS extension- Azure SQL Migration, can you please confirm if the Azure account you have used in the above screen shot has the right permissions and there is no other Azure account added to the Azure SQL migration extension.
