When you have too many changes with more than 50+ columns the window will be stretched by vertical. You cannot see OK button.

I have the same issue, it's making Azure Data Studio unusable, before anyone jumps in with zooming options I have a high res screen and set to zoom out completely and I am still unable to see the buttons at the bottom, assuming the ok button is the default and pressing enter is not a viable solution, either add a scroll bar to the content, truncate the content in the middle, or put the buttons at the top (and maybe the bottom).

Scrollbar for the content is the right approach IMHO.

noscroll

This is not a complicated table it just has a lot of links to other tables.
