Cannot open SQL Tools log from ADS Output Window #4510

Looks like a dup of #4509

This is different from #4509. #4509 is about things not working in second ADS window which as https://github.com/udeeshagautam commented is an upstream issue in vscode code base. While this issue is about ADS sql tools log getting pointed to wrong file for the output channel which we need to track and fix.

I believe I'm having the same issue on Arch Linux. It appears that the log file isn't being created in my case.
