LINQ Query support #6369

I'm looking for LINQ query support in Azure Data Studio, just like LINQPAD. If combined with Intellisence, and foreign key navigation as requested in #248, this would make Azure Data Studio really stand out! I'm not sure if this should be built inside ADS or whether it can be developed as an extension.

I still think there are sizeable codebases that could benefit from a Linqer like extension for Azure Data Studio. Second that!
