Azure data studio changing notebook kernel takes long time and seems stuck #8603

Hi,

I got stuck with changing notebook kernel to Spark|Scala (Actually, it's stuck whatever I choose) while I was trying to do this workshop https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/big-data-cluster/tutorial-data-pool-ingest-spark?view=sql-server-ver15

I'm having exactly the same problem using macOS. I was trying to switch kernel from Python to SQL when it happened:

This goes into the supportability bucket, where we'll work with the logging v2 work that some folks on the team are spearheading. Because of that, moving this out from April.

@corivera @chlafreniere The same thing is happening again in the latest Azure Data Studio (v1.24.0) on Windows 10.
In my case, this happened when I tried to change from SQL toSpark | Scala.
It looks like the bug hasn't been fixed.
