Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since Notebooks can contain documentation-like info (troubleshooting guide), users are accustomed to fuzzy search (instead of exact keyword search).

We're tracking this in our livesite spreadsheet. Putting to backlog for now; we'll move it into a milestone when we have further clarity on this and priorities.
