Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Creating a Jupyter book doesn't seem to work for me, but I also don't know what I would need here. This is what the create book looks like: 2020-03-23 15_32_39-Window

Describe the solution or feature you'd like I'd like to see some more samples, or a link to the structure that we would expect for a Jupyter book on a Windows filesystem (or Linux/OSX as well)

Describe alternatives you've considered I have tried to look at the documentation at https://jupyterbook.org/guide/01-5_tour.html , but this doesn't seem to be quite clear to me what notebook files and markdowns might be needed. This also doesn't really template things out in the format we might need on a Windows machine. I'd assume that I don't need to escape paths, but I'm not sure.

Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
