Package cfmanifest errors are expected to fail. The uuid and hardening-check packages had release bumps to verify the license files, and the upstream source URLs are known to be bad.

Registration for hardening-check:2.6 has invalid URL 'http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/h/hardening-wrapper/hardening-wrapper_2.6.tar.xz' (could not download)
Registration for uuid:1.6.2 has invalid URL 'ftp://ftp.ossp.org/pkg/lib/uuid/uuid-1.6.2.tar.gz' (could not download)
