Summary

Blobfuse2 will no longer be provided from the Azure Linux team. The Blobfuse team will support this in AZL 3.0 and publish their package(s) to the ms-oss repository.

Nothing depends on this. Just removed the SPEC file and ensured that the PR Checks passed.
