Small changes to readme. #121

Due to permissions error with spark pools and more explanation.

Are you sure it does not work with the reader role? We have already tried this out, image

and SQL endpoint works well for Reader role.

What are the errors you get otherwise?

Hi @DuttaSoumya when I run the pipelines I got the error about permissions. When I changed the reader into contributor the pipelines where running OK and I can read the data from the SQL endpoint.
