GitHub Marketplace listing to be used in GitHub Actions #290

I'd love to be able to use BinSkim in GitHub Actions without having to download the release manually.

Describe the solution you'd like

Can there be a listing in the GitHub Marketplace for GitHub Actions so I can pull it in and run it with ease?

Describe alternatives you've considered

Downloading the latest release and running it myself... not ideal.

Additional context

Like an Azure Pipelines task... but for GitHub Actions
