Sample code is deployed and CRworker role is running problem is nothing happens when I make a call don't get banner when i call and call just says disconnected and tries to go to voicemail.

all permissions set as per instructions
what am i doing wrong the sample compliance policy based recording is not working and nothing joins the call also since I've implemented this teams calls for people with policy assigned don't even connect.
