This is your friendly Microsoft Issue Bot. I've seen this issue come in and have gone to tell a human about it.
This pitch looks like it has everything it needs for review. In the meantime, we'll keep this idea open for discussion so the community has the chance to provide feedback. Check out our New Feedback Process for more info on the user-centered process we follow for new feature development.
Problem Statement This is for gamedevelopers, mathemeticans and Microsoft developers who want to calculate hexadecimal and want to use root calculations and use floating point integers.
Evidence or User Insights Memory management and physics engines may require this, since these calculations are uncommon on the internet.
Proposal It will be the first wide-known calculator to support this, making it the first place to go to for this audience.
Goals You can now do root calculations in hexadecimal and everyone can learn about hexadecimal devision.
Non-Goals A non-goal is programmer DEG switch support, since the decimal switch is in the way, not all the features should be immediately supported.
Low-Fidelity Concept It's just making the programmer calculator more complex and feature rich, the decimals are also a break trough.
Requested Assignment I'm just suggesting this idea. I don't want to implement it.
