If no one is working on it, I would like to resolve this. Should I proceed ?

The application only runs on Windows. While it is possible to develop on any platform, you will only be able to test/validate your changes on Windows (or on a Windows VM hosted on your Mac).

I am not able to reproduce this bug on 10.1909.1.0, but the video definitely shows a crash, so marking as investigate.
