Support Indic language characters

Out of the official 18 Indian (both Dravidian and Devanagari) languages, these are the most used languages in the tech-space.

Please consider the above languages (in order, If possible) when you guys decide to support Indic languages.

I myself use தமிழ் (internal works) and sometimes English (public works).

My Windows and Visual Studio display language is தமிழ். But I work with almost all of the above Indic languages.
