Add support for arrows with stroke (U+219A and U+219B)

The characters 219A and 219B are symbols for two logic gates (Material Nonimplication and Converse Nonimplication). Most other logical connectives are present in the symbol set.

These symbols should use the base from arrowRight and arrowLeft, with an added stroke.
