What happened?

I am using macos 14.4.1. I have install Cascadia code font for my macos. when I set it up in VS code. It does not look good.

fonts are very thin and wide. I saw the image of Cascadia fonts online and it looks like this: image

The font you are seeing is "Courier New". That is not Cascadia.

Font file format(s) I don't know

If you installed the font yourself, you should know what you did. Do you remember what folder you went into (ttf, otf, woff2)?

There is a much newer version. There are a lot of newer versions actually. You should get a new version and install it. Make sure you keep track of how you do it so you know what "format" it is in.
