Session recordings masks in Android app #32

All of our recordings from the android app have a weird gray rectangles all over them. Some screens are totaly fine, some are covered to the point that the whole screen recording is unusable.

Hello, our project ID is hri5sv2ihk .. but right now, our app is only in test flight so far

I see. It's hard to debug this without having access to the application. If possible, it might helpful if you could share the following with us (you could use clarity-apps-support@microsoft.com for more privacy):

A short screen recording of your application to understand the UI dynamics of your application?
I remember that you said that you're using nativewind for UI development on ReactNative, what elements or features that you're using that might be causing this? Depending on your answer here, we'll try to repro the issue on our side to investigate it.

Hi, @ibradwan I have faced the same issue with my app in that some of the components are not showing up in recordings. and some of the cut the UI. Could you please solution while here...

Hey @ibradwan, will answer on behalf of @smidkristian - yes, we are. Is there an issue with it?

@josefdolezal we still need to investigate the root cause behind the fidelity issues that show up when this package is used. We've this in our backlog and hopefully we can pick it up soon.
