[Clarity & Google Analytics] Recordings is unavailable

I found this guide that allows users to see clarity recordings on google analytics (GA). When I check out the clarity recordings on the GA, it directed me to Microsoft Clarity and tell me that the recordings are unavailable.

Same problem for me, I noticed that I'm missing a lot of recordings trying the same thing.

We have this issue as well. On the main Dashboard, filtering for a specific landing page, we see 2 results, 2 different Operating Systems, 2 different Browsers, 2 different Devices, etc... so these 2 sessions have obviously been logged. But when we switch to the Recordings tab, there would only be 1 result. Where did the other 1 go?? Why bother using this if it only records basic data which Google Analytics already does a better job at??

Seriously guys, @sarveshnagpal @swaathee @xugao @cyrildurand @tetrau @saghoneim @harip @dan-kez @faris @pmdartus, this product is so unbelievably buggy (missing data, crashes all the time, randomly logs you out, zero responses from support...), can you guys ask somebody at Microsoft to make Clarity a paid product, then use the funds to hire more competent developers or at least use the funds as an incentive to fix high priority bugs??
