Installed Clarity on SharePoint Online - not getting data #323

Hi,

I installed Clarity using https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/sharepoint-integration#add-clarity-to-a-specific-sharepoint-site, to install it on specific sites. It appears that I am only seeing partial data. We have around 500 users that are on this system and have only seen 5 or so records for any of the sites I have setup. I went thru the troubleshooting at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/troubleshooting-installation and the verification at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/clarity-setup#verify-your-installation. Still no luck.

Is there any more specific troubleshooting for SharePoint Online that I can go thru?

We have a similar issue. Installed it in three different environments including two dev environments. Following this same guide. We can see the entry being added to the page in SharePoint but when we check Clarity the dashboard isn't even enabled. There's no sign at all that this solution works.
