Sent off an e-mail but I'm skeptical about the chances of getting a reply. Cookies have been cleared and multiple browsers used, always with the same error. Yes, privacy mode/incognito mode has been tried.

@dportela , @marlenehh ,This issue is resolved. Please let us know if you are still unable to login to Clarity.

redareda9 commented 1 year ago

Still happening. To reproduce it: Login first with an email A, logout from Email A, then login with Email B.

ClaritySupport commented 1 year ago

@redareda9 ,.Thanks for using Clarity. The issue is due to default permissions on the AAD tenant that is responsible for managing application connections for user domain.
To resolve this, a global admin of the tenant needs to approve Clarity as an allowed application for their users to access. This is achieved by having the global admin for user AAD tenant sign in to Clarity & check the “consent on behalf of my organization” box.  See Troubleshooting Installation | Microsoft Docs for step-by-step details. *Note: The Azure Admin for user tenant is within your company -Clarity does not have access to look up that person. You will not be able to access Clarity until your tenant admin performs this action.
