We have installed Clarity on several websites via Tag manager with various setups (GTM template, custom html, different triggers...)
In all of them we got a clarity event for nearly every pageview. End of september the number of events massively dropped and now we only get ~10% of events, we have had before, every day.

End of september the number of events massively dropped and now we only get ~10% of events, we have had before, every day.
From your answer in this issue (https://github.com/microsoft/clarity/issues/450), I assume, that the way these events are sent to GA4 has changed.
