On the heatmap screen, the site's side menu is displayed as an overlay, and the web page is hidden beneath it. #502

I translated the Japanese into English using Google Translate, so please forgive me if it's hard to understand. I have started using Clarity and would like to ask you a question regarding the heat map display screen.

When analyzing a smartphone page, I set up an overlay menu on the top right of the site, but it comes to the front and is displayed permanently on top of the site. However, just once the menu disappeared and I was able to see the site that was under the menu.

However, when I reload once, the menu comes to the top again. The menu disappeared for some reason, how can I show or hide the menu? Thank you.

@gosago-Japan ,You can use any of below options to view the heatmap in state you want and then download.

  1. Switch Screenshots feature that allows you to select a website state you want to view a heatmap for.
  2. Recordings to Heatmaps, In recordings tab, you can find an appropriate recording, then can pause at the desired state for which you want to draw a heatmap and then click on “Click/Scroll” to see the heatmap.
