The documentation for the getting started flow is out of date based on the updated pipelines. I removed some duplicate docs and linked to the new documentation instead.

Glad to see the pointers back to a single, more 'authoritative' var group reference. That sort of thing helps documentation to stay more 'evergreen' longer. +1
