What is the new behavior?
Cobalt now has a multi-cloud application pipeline that can be used to deploy Maven Service based Java applications into a cloud's running instance of infrastructure per stage. However, the multi-cloud application pipeline, which we now call the Shared Maven Service Pipeline is only currently executing an Azure cloud workflow. Implementation details for executing other cloud provider workflows are not present at the moment.
Documentation for how a multi-cloud Maven Service might take advantage of the Shared Maven Service Pipeline is also included.
