Document research phase for UI/UX applications #770

@JankaKoen will help improve the documented UI/UX design process by including a section on the Research phase.

This section will exist on the main page of the UI/UX section and will most likely link out to specific sections of the Trade Study work that will be completed in #766 by myself (Ethan-Arrowood).

This feature will not be completed until 2022 due to overlapping time off
