Addressing issue #952

Hi @TessFerrandez @fnocera @nyouens , this contribution stems from a couple ISE customer engagements where the customer asked for examples of various diagrams when asked to conduct a spike or trade study.

I realized that the playbook didn't really have a section that introduced at a high level the different classes and types of diagrams, nor concrete examples of each. I created this documentation and have used it in both engagements to great feedback from the customer. With that initial feedback, I felt comfortable contributing it back to the playbook :)
