[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Automatically add approved connectors to a new environment request #1528

Open NPrice99 opened 2 years ago

NPrice99 commented 2 years ago

Describe the bug When you want to create a new environment using the Environment Management Tool, you have to add in all of the required connectors. We have a list of default (approved) connectors which are added to every Environment. If a requestor needs more, then they should be able to add them. It would be better (and less error prone) if the default connectors were already added and requestors just added extra connectors if they needed them.

Component (please tell us which flow or app you are experiencing issues with):

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior It would be useful if default connectors were added to the list of connectors at the start.

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Hello,

this repo is no longer in use for the CoE starter kit and we do not monitor here anymore. Please raise issues here https://github.com/microsoft/coe-starter-kit/issues - I will transfer the issue to the new repo now, and you'll have to check for updates there.

Thank you Manuela

@NPrice99 this is an excellent idea, and we will add this to our backlog! Both a mechanism where you can identify the approved connectors as well as have the option to have those added by default in the Maker app interface.
