[CoE Starter Kit - Feature]: Enable a alternative contact to Maker

Hi Team! We have some users that create their flows/apps with a service account, not nominal account. This accounts normally doesn't have a mailbox.

From the CoE don't have way to contact with these users.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would be possible to enable a option in the Power Platform Admin View App to type an alternative contact like other mailbox or better, a distribution list?

I know that use the attribute Manager of the service account in Azure AD is approvisioned automatically in the Maker Details, but sometimes this field is empty, or this Manager changes, of left the company.

With this enhacement from the CoE Team we always have the control to the all ours makers have a enabled contact and updated.

@albertocastro365 This has been fixed in the latest release. Please install the latest version of the toolkit following the instructions for installing updates. Note that if you do not remove the unmanaged layers as described there you will not receive updates from us.
